We would like to explain our expectations of you and what you can expect from us. Please read the following carefully:
You must be hard working, efficient, energetic, honest, an eager learner, prompt, courteous, neat, emotionally mature, posses a valid Colorado driver's license, have graduated from high school (or have passed the G.E.D) and have common sense. Knowledge of hardware, tools, electrical, plumbing, paint, retail and/or cashiering is a plus, but not absolutely necessary. Expect on the job training, online learning and one-on-one tutoring. We hire full time, year round, career minded, long term employees.
We select only the top applications for interviews. If you are chosen for an interview, and we are sufficently impressed, you may be selected for a ninety (90) day probationary position. The purpose of the probationary position is to evaluate you based upon the requirements listed above and your on the job performance. Candidates who successfully complete the probationary period may be offered permanent employment.
